      Leadership Only Cares about Themselves

      Excellent benefits, 24/7 counseling line.

      Cons

      The pay isn't competitive, you'll be overworked for what you earn, there's lots of nepotism and every-man-for-himself energy, the leadership is only looking out for themselves so don't bend over backwards for your bosses. Don't kill yourself for anyone...put your work/life balance first and don't give your allegiance to your job or this employer if they won't give you the same in return.
