      3 day work week Pretty good staff (depending on the unit and shift-I worked nightshift) Pay raise for working during peak Covid

      Cons

      Patients can be aggressive (but if you’re in this industry, this is something you’re already aware of) Heavy workload Every day can be different, depending on your patients or your nurses
