So it is amazing how the most recent reviews are all positive or neutral. Is it the company itself trying to drown the truth? Paying people to drown the real honest to heart reviews?
It will always start out positive. They will feed you lies from the top to the bottom, bottom and up. They will tell you of the growth (in the next ten years) that is just speculation of course. There really isn't any growth, UNLESS, you go ahead and apply to another department that is the only way to grow. You ask anyone they never RARELY grew within one department. They transferred out.
Now if you are looking to get paid and in the meantime pay your due as in, get the experience because they do not look at your degree at all. INOVA as a whole is trying to also outsource most of their stuff to cut the cost. They are slowly reworking their contracts in order to be able to pay less in the sneaky way it seems. We smile and pretend nothing is wrong when in fact they are in deep doo doo haha.
As a former patient I can tell you they will try everything to please the patient, they cannot afford lawsuits trust and believe. They scurry around to do things last minute not only that the people who have the experience and licenses to move up the ladder those who put the extra effort, are not recognized. Small areas are ran according to the top management preferences i.e. color, gender, buddy buddy (who will snitch and tell the boss). Clinic management lack the leadership trait and common sense to run a business. I can advice you to stay away or truly apply for the big hospital areas. At least then you have a room to breathe then small clinics ran by Tyrants, uneducated, dirty low ball management.
