      Pros

      The comradery between the nurses and techs on the night shifts.

      Cons

      Management needs training. They are robotic and only think about the best interest of the company. They can care less about staff. Pay is horrible, Benifits are not great. They are also petty and vindictive liars.

      Pros

      This review is for the Inova Translational Medicine Institute (ITMI) - Not much going on, its a "keep the lights on" type of job for IT folks. - New work area will be really nice, across from the Fairfax Hospital.

      Cons

      - If you like to move your career forward by dealing with new technologies and feel you are pushing your knowledge, this is not the place. - There is a merge happening with the main hospital's IT department therefor its not even sure what jobs will stay and which will be gone. - Lots of planning but very little doing (this can be a pro for some people). - Management on the IT side. - Eventually trust in management will be lost when you see nothing really happening.

      Pros

      401K match is 5% which is good,everything else about the insurance has increased in cost.

      Cons

      Employees input is basically ignored. Leadership team is authoritarian.
