lots of cons. Inova is going down a lot. Doesn't care about the non-clinical-low-paid employees. Only raised physician and nurses salary in order to retain them, but doesn't care about turn over rate on the other employees. People are leaving a lot in certain departments and they don't care. High paid non-clinical VPs and directors want more, so the only way they can do is to lower the salary of the already-low-paid employee.

Holiday hours and sick days are taken from your accumulation of PTO. Raises are minimum (think cents).
