1) No possibilities for advancement. 2) Employees are not given the baseline tools or technologies to succeed in the IT space. 3) Upper management is their own worst enemy. They pick favorites and everyone else is treated little better than garbage. Your salary is not safe, and they will demote/fire anyone for little reason, especially if you are not personal friends with the management. 4) Because of #3, most teams are composed of people who do little work, have little ability to do the work, or both. If you are a hard worker at Inova, be prepared to be underappreciated, undercompensated, and to do most of your co-workers job duties while they do little work.

Required to work some weekends, asked to work at various locations despite distance you might have to drive
