Will pay on prior students loans with no obligation on your part. 5k/year tuition reimbursement (employment commitment).
Cons
You will work every shift before orientation completion. No guarantee of preferred shift. Will have as many as a dozen preceptors. Scheduling nightmare. Low paying towards additional certifications. BSN Magnet requirement. "Self Scheduling" is a scam; Of the 18 shifts you schedule yourself/6weeks, 6 must be on a weekend, 3 Mondays, and 3 Fridays.
