Benefits are provided with preference Workload is not that bad

Cons

Salary for Nurses are different across all sites (same cost of living, probably we are better in numbers - OR Cases, yet our pay is less than other sites) Not trauma hospital I feel that in my department, if you are closer to the managers and you commit a mistake, it’s not a big deal and you will not hear any actions taken
