      Middle Management. Too many of them, positions created to do jobs that the company has never needed before. Most of the time people are taken from the floor and placed into these positions and never replaced. No accountability for middle management.

      Leadership will discuss issues but never do anything useful to solve them, from low pay to unit bullying.
