The nursing director is kind and effective. The team is overall helpful and there to provide good care to the pediatric population. Good benefits and get to propose your own work schedule.

Cons

Very busy during the Fall and winter months so be ready to work, RNs can be cliquey, especially on the night shift. Pay is comparable to the area but the area pays low so.
