Management is very unconcerned with employee engagement, staffing isn't great. PTO is not approved unless asked for half a year in advance. Lying about nursing shortage as the reason for not enough staff, while laying off nursing staff at the same time and freezing hiring. The bottom line drives all decisions rather than patient safety or staff safety.

Beware getting help from Human Resource Department. They are not an advocate for employees. Don't expect a noticeable raise at the end of the year. Eleven Cents (0.11) increase for any employee, good or bad is unacceptable.
