      Respected by the community. Options for lateral moves. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Despite the Magnet designation-- RNs will always be expected to stay in their silo and never "question" a Provider. Nurse managers are driven by performance measures rather than a sense of Transformational Leadership.

      Has many good programs and benefits that can outdue some other competitiors

      Cons

      Yearly compensation raises can be one sided and biased. Others have received more for much less work and improvement, while others have done much more and get compensated less. Tardiness, even by 1 second, is frowned upon and plays 90% in yearly raise despite anything else accomplished
