Overall, pretty nice hospital to work at.

Pros

The people are the main reason why I have stayed. I think they could do a better job with improving benefits for part time and PRN team members - if we’ve been PRN for a while we should be eligible for yearly bonuses.

Cons

Management and the way conflict is handled is at times brushed off with an “it is what it is” sort of attitude. I guess that’s how most hospitals function with differing personalities amongst all staff. But if a concern is raised time and time again, it would be nice to have it addressed seriously & have actual repercussions for the individual.
