      Abusive, Backstabbing Culture that Starts at the Top

      As others have said, inova is known for it’s bad culture and poor hiring practices – lots of wrong people in the wrong positions. Just look at some of their backgrounds and it don’t take long to see lack of qualifications esp on the management side. High turnover in areas reflects poor decision making. Insecure middle management and senior management who thinks that preaching warm and fuzzy is the same thing as actual ETHICS. Lots of self congratulating by senior management while some are only concerned with seeing their name in lights. It would be embarrassing if the public or board of directors were to actually find out what really goes on here. It’s frightening.

      Great clinical team at the hospitals

      Cons

      The HR leadership is inexperienced. They lack the knowledge and expertise to guide our leaders. Their staff know more. Also IT leaves a lot to be desired. Terrible infrastructure, systems are lacking and knowledge is non existent at the Sr leadership level,
