Managers have double standards and mistreat its employees. The engagement surveys are used as lip service for changes and improvements that never come. It's mainly used to keep unions at bay. You will find managers are mostly incompetent or are a-holes. Internal operations are old and outdated. They heavily invest in marketing and business expansion and give the bare bones to employees and operations.
