      Pros

      The culture of the company is that of treating the employees well, as they provide consistent, competent care. Every interaction with a patient should be positive. People are happy to be at work.

      Cons

      This was the best hospital environment I have been in. I experienced the hospital from the perspective of the patient before I sought employment. I got a job here specifically because of the vastly different atmosphere I felt from other hospitals I've worked in. Employees were invested in the company, in each other, and most importantly in their patients.

      Pros

      The best part was the development of strong relationships. Personal and professional. Friends are the only way to get through employment with Inova Fairfax.

      Cons

      The executive suite is very out of touch, has unrealistic goals, cold and uncaring. They definitely do their best to avoid bad publicity in the community but no focus on long term remedies.
