      Pros

      401K match is 5% which is good,everything else about the insurance has increased in cost.

      Cons

      Employees input is basically ignored. Leadership team is authoritarian.

      It Is Anything But "The Future of Health"

      many smart, kind people who want to deliver quality healthcare; good pay; and the potential for much needed transformation with an upcoming change in leadership

      Cons

      minimal exposure to leading edge thinking and practice (which will not position people for future job prospects), no innovation and many factors working against it, little opportunity for impact (as slow, dysfunctional and incompetent decision making is a barrier), no meaningfulness (the only criterion seems to be "how much money can we make"), lackluster benefits, and an HR function that can be described as nothing more than an embarrassment

      I work in level 1 trauma where I am able to learn an incredible amount of information.

      Cons

      The management does not care for their staff and views everyone as a number. Higher management is unrealistic with their expectations.
