Patient care and leadership at the hospital is supportive

Cons

The most unethical healthcare organization I have worked for. HR leadership is incompetent and they can't keep any leader for over a year. The most toxic culture I have seen in any organization. Organizational politics, unethical practices, untrustworthy leaders who are not concerned with employees well-being. Favoritism is the norm and politics at its worst in this organization.

A lot of OT available, able to see some pretty cool things depending on which department you work in

Cons

Managers sit in office doing NOTHING the entire shift. No employee morale, severely understaffed. High employee turnover, you have to wait a year to transfer to a functional department
