      Pros

      -supportive co-workers -great training as a new grad RN -clinical advancement ladder -opportunities to join committees of interest -interesting surgical cases

      Cons

      -staffing ratio needs improvement: 15 patients to 1 tech and up to 6 patients to one nurse is too heavy to provide quality patient care

      Pros

      Fair pay, great management, good benefits.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime expected, limits on when you can use PTO, some of the newer staff does not get proper training and results in unnecessary errors.
