      The people at Inova have hearts of gold and work very hard. The focus for everyone is on the patient and there is strong shared commitment to excellence.

      Cons

      It's size makes it impersonal at times and it has been known to be slow to change from things that have worked in the past.

      Get doctors and nurses providing excellent healthcare to the community. There is a lot of research opportunities there.

      Cons

      Not great management, the pay is not that great compared to other local health systems.

      Co-workers are always helpful and caring, and the teamwork makes the work better.

      Cons

      Organizational structure is management heavy. While data and analytics are important in identifying necessary improvements, incorporation of practical processes and procedures via consultation with ground level employees is important but unfortunately was not considered Continual cutbacks made the work environment stressful and aided in low morale amongst employees
