      One of the Best Systems.

      Pros

      - 36 Hour work week - Night and weekend shift differential -Holiday Bonus -Self-Scheduling -No prior medical experience needed -Tuition reimbursement -Guarenteed posistion after graduation

      Cons

      -High turn over rate -Preceptor may not be great at teaching -High exposure to bodily fluids and illness -Have to pay back any reimbursement if depart early from company. -Schedule is not guaranteed even if you self-schedule for certain days -PTO is used for sick time -Not many PTO hours accrued per pay period
