      Pros

      Such a great reputation with patients and great track record. All the pieces to be able to compete with the nearby world class hospitals.

      Cons

      Refuses to put the time/money into their employees to improve staffing ratios/conditions/equipment/etc so that current staff will stay, safety will improve and the hospital can reach its full potential. Such a shame because so much time/money is put into training new hires at the start and it ends up being a waste because hardly anyone stays for more than a couple years.
