      clinical staff/ team (which would be dependent on the unit); opportunities for clinical growth and experience; decent benefits

      Cons

      this would be highly dependent on the unit, but found that some of the clinical staff/ providers were backwards or outdated in terms of the care provided or medical management. As with many healthcare systems and organizations, challenging the current culture and status quo to result in an overall progression in change, even when tastily done, often seems pointless
