Their HR Division is beyond broken. Every year a new group of leaders come in with 'amazing' new ideas and they are all fired by the end of the year. I can't imagine working in this chaos. The Director never responds to emails, never has yet somehow continues to get promoted. The great HR staff leave, the very low performers of course stay. There is not one thing that works. You are bounced around from person to person to get an answer on just about anything. Recruitment is a nightmare. Potential employees/applicants never get called back and most directors/managers are simply forced to bypass their systems to get anything accomplished. How the board has not investigated this group; we will never know.
