Skill-building, experience, patient-centered care, healthcare coverage

Cons

They do not care about their techs. If you are a tech, you are treated like a grunt, your intelligence is insulted regularly, you receive no recognition for your contributions, the pay is garbage, you don't work a full 40 hours, and your nurses will have you running around like a chicken with your head cut off while they chat. There is 0 opportunity for career growth
