Pros
I had the pleasure to work with a great group of professionals in the power plant and up in the hospital. The power plant lead operator and shift operators do a great job keeping the plant clean and equipment up to date, online and patents comfortable. Engineering management tried to accommodate the employees as much as possible. The hospital engineers are on task maintaining equipment and working hard to keeping patents comfortable.
Cons
I did not like being charged lunch when I could not leave the site on my time and it spells out in company policy that if you work through lunch then you are not charged. During the transition from ABM back to Inova I did not like having my job position posted.
