      Pros

      A great hospital to work for. You learn a lot and there is a lot of room to move within the company.

      Cons

      It is not the place for you if you do not like the hospital environment. Very busy hopsital.

      Pros

      Some very smart people. Clinical staff is first rate.

      Cons

      Organization is seriously understaffed. Compensation is on the low side so Inova loses good people after a short time. There's very little pro-active thinking and even less planning. Technology is firmly entrenched in the 20th century instead of the 21st. There is never enough money to do a project correctly but always enough to do it twice.
