      Pros

      Small facility, you get to know familiar faces. Great insurance benefits. I liked the cafeteria food and you get a staff discount. Executive leadership make themselves visible faces throughout the facility.

      Cons

      Executive Management not concerned in addressing or recognizing the essential work of Medical Records. No coffee in cafeteria except for the private Caribou Coffee shop which is pricey.

      World class health system. Excellent resources for employees. Management is accessible and truly interested in their employees. Top notch physicians and staff.

      Very busy units. Can always use more staff.

      Pros

      A lot of opportunity for growth and upward movement.

      Cons

      Salaries are not as competitive as surrounding areas. At this time annual performances are not taken into consideration for annual raises. Not a very good work life balance. In order to succeed they expect you to commit far more than your 40hrs/week.
