No opportunities for advancement. I exceeded well above the job responsibilities. I tried to stay at the company but in a better paying and challenging job. No matter how many times I applied, I wouldn't get an interview. This is coming from someone with work experience in the hospital, and a bachelors and masters degree.

Short on resources, both staff and budget for the basics. No money for technology in the office environment...way behind the curve in support. Money goes to support the medical technology as it should, but there still needs to be some balance.
