      Pros

      There are very smart, energetic, passionate, and innovative people here looking to do positive things with this company and looking to make an impact on the industry!

      Cons

      Those same very smart, energetic, passionate and innovative people are ran off by office politics, management manipulation and power plays, personal insecurities of the individuals that they directly report to and also due to the lack of energy or attention being placed into thriving as a whole department. The focus is more about individual gain and personal advancement. The "Buddy System". (Whether due to being laid off or resignations, which have been occurring simultaneously for over a year, this isn't a long term type of company.)

      Pros

      At the time i was looking for job stability, they paid well and provided benefits. It sounded great but it was not reality.

      Cons

      There was always an incredible amount of pressure with supervisors stocking you, recording you and replaying the calls as they wished. Everyone was unhappy and in fear even the supervisors were stressed, all afraid to loose their jobs. Everyone was afraid to talk because they fired their employees at the drop of a hat. In the end everyone came in to work and were fired one by one and no one knows why.

      Pros

      Good industry to be part of. Industry alignment is strong and offers opportunities for continued growth and stability. Salaries are fairly competitive. Employee Benefits are acceptable.

      Cons

      Leadership culture is so dollar-driven that it focuses entirely on making the sales promises and fails to care about the people that are responsible for delivering on those promises. Leadership decisions and justifications for promotions are questionable.
