Pros
Good choice for recent grads. You will get as much work as you can handle and will probably get more responsibilities as your managers get fired.
Cons
Extremely poor at fundamentals because no effort is made to get them right. No effort is made to hire the right people and develop them. Just hire anybody and if they don't work out in six months - fire them and hire the next resume in the stack. Don't have open communications or clear goals. Accept ridiculous turnover rates, under pay and overwork employees. Change priorities on a weekly basis. View all employees as replaceable cogs in a wheel. Talented and conscientious managers leave quickly. Posers and bureaucrats stay and thrive by avoiding accountability at all costs.
