Not for a Real Nurse only for Script Nurse

Salary, nice 401K, good health plan, good dental insurance, good vision insurance, not using scrubs uniform, nice computers

Cons

If you don't follow the script you are wrong its does a matter if use correct information from American diabetes Assoc, Amerian Heart Assoc or Glaucoma Research Foundation..etc if is not in there script is not correct. Means that RN are not capable to do the teaching with there knowledges. RN is in there just a telemarket person. Not respect for others and not communication at all. Training given after new product or changes were out.

Pros

I love that I am able to work a schedule that allows me to go to school and spend time with my family. The supervisors that I have are wonderful and even though I am not in the office I feel as though we have worked side by side in the office for years. Everyone that I have talked to from supervisors to IT dept have been great to work with over the phone.The compensation is good and the benefits are great. I would and have recommended Inovalon to my friends.

Cons

The computer software is a bit slow and can lock up at times, an upgrade would be a great benefit to the company. Work would get done much more smoothly.

Pros

Flexibility, great work-life balance. That is mainly because there is not enough scheduled time. The pay rate is not bad either, considering the job.

Cons

Not enough paid hours, though you need to commit at least 24 hours a week. Some weeks there are no scheduled hours, while some other weeks you can end up working 4 hours. The maximum I worked was 18 hours a week, only once.
