Pros
one doesn't work weekends, holidays pay is good for what one does hours are ok do allow for schedule adjustments
Cons
Stress is horrendous one has to have a quality score of 90% or more/month constant write ups and belittlement to RNs. RNs with several years of experience are told they need to follow a "script" to teach about health to "members" Given X amount of PTO but if one uses it up and has to call off for a child being ill or themselves being ill, written up, NO COMPASSION for the employees, turnover is HUGE!
