      Pros

      The people you work with (under the VP level) are great. Normal people who are just there to work and go home without rocking any boats. But very welcoming.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs that aren’t reported because of loopholes. They are already underpaying their US staff but still decide to outsource all the jobs to India for even less. Almost all of senior leadership comes from a non healthcare background. All former big tech executives who are in the wrong industry

      Nice people hindered by ineffective leadership and low raises

      Genuinely nice people in the department half of the time

      Cons

      Inept leadership across the board, department and company wide. Never fully think through decisions and if something doesn't work, they change the process immediately and then want to change it again when that doesn't work without giving it time to settle and for issues to get smoothed out. Doesn't care about loyalty, always manages to keep yearly raises right under average, always fakes out bonuses by saying theres not enough and then coming back and pretending like theyre sooo generous and moved things around to give people okay bonuses.
