      Pros

      Medassurant allows me to work from home, which is a real change for this nurse. I enjoy the weekly feedback and the weekly teleconferences to keep me updated on current policies and changes in the system. I have access to management via email and phone. Although I haven't asked for much, Medassurant has been easy to deal with when it comes to time off requests. The pay is good as well.

      Cons

      Working remotely can sometimes make you feel......remote. Not necessarily a bad thing, but working from home isn't for everyone.

      Pros

      The work is fun, challenging and can work from home. It is interesting, and can be very flexible. Pay is good.

      Cons

      Although you are expected to be at the beck & call of the company, communication back to the employee is at their whim. Have b een waiting weeks for answer, no feedback of performance. Work is erreactic and do not expect an honest answer as to when you can expect more work. As a previous person stated it is feast or famine. Wish I had heard of this website before I went to work for them.
