Pros

Actually, my title has changed in an effort to calibrate everyone's titles to industry standards, but it is so long now, that I cannot remember it. They provide a good working environment with great benefits (this has improved tremendously since I started). This is a rapidly growing company, so there are always new opportunities to look forward to. Management also treats their employees with great respect.

Cons

They are in the process of implementing "agile" development practices which is adding a great deal of bureaucracy to our jobs (we have to sit in a many long and boring meetings). In many cases, the company requires us to be very agile, and our agility is severely hampered by our "agile" process.

Senior executives have strong experience leading successful companies; employees have an excellent work ethic and the office environment is very professional at all times.

Cons

Would like to see more ethnic/gender diversity at the top. Staff employees and non-executive leadership represent large segments of the population both in terms of gender and ethnicity, but the senior executive team photo looks like it was taken from a manufacturing company in the 1950s.

Pros

Flexibility of work hours, challenging work, great pay, good leadership, great training. I LOVE my immediate supervisor (called a lead). She is the best manager I have ever worked for! Communication between our team members is phenomenal.

Cons

Frequent changes in policies/procedures which are not always communicated all the way down the ranks, minimal benefits (only 401K offered), frequent IT difficulties (recently improving)
