      Pros

      It's a risk, you may have a good future, like those people working at google. but, it is hard to say for now, and you have to wait at least 5-10 years to see that if it does happen.

      Cons

      Tie too much time to the work, and the current benefit is poor comparing to the profitability. so the company makde a good money, but not those common emploees.

      Pros

      Medassurant allows me to work from home, which is a real change for this nurse. I enjoy the weekly feedback and the weekly teleconferences to keep me updated on current policies and changes in the system. I have access to management via email and phone. Although I haven't asked for much, Medassurant has been easy to deal with when it comes to time off requests. The pay is good as well.

      Cons

      Working remotely can sometimes make you feel......remote. Not necessarily a bad thing, but working from home isn't for everyone.

      Pros

      Flexibility of work hours, challenging work, great pay, good leadership, great training. I LOVE my immediate supervisor (called a lead). She is the best manager I have ever worked for! Communication between our team members is phenomenal.

      Cons

      Frequent changes in policies/procedures which are not always communicated all the way down the ranks, minimal benefits (only 401K offered), frequent IT difficulties (recently improving)
