Pros

Inovalon has been a breath of fresh air. Flexibility, freedom, understanding of real life, and support at all times not just when they think you are at risk. Inovalon leadership is making a real push to change some of the things that years ago held them back on the culture side. Growth focus, great people, effective products, and a constantly improving culture and benefits package along with competitive pay is what Inovalon is becoming.

Cons

There have been some gaps in the past and if you are not comfortable with change this could be a tough environment. For people that want an opportunity to make an impact and jump in and run their business with out being micro-managed it's really good, but you have to be willing to figure some things out on the fly at times.

Pros

Work-from-home option, decent pay, improving economics resulting in job stability, management growing more serious about employee engagement and taking actions, good benefits, general dynamic environment with a lot of innovation around new processes.

Cons

While great growth opportunity exists for client-facing and engineering organizations, same can not be said about all departments.
