There are wonderful people who actually care about each other in the organization.

Cons

Executive leadership does not care about the employees. They chase the next revenue event for themselves and change directions so frequently that it is impossible to plan long term. They truly believe that they can do everyone's job better so have zero respect for the people who actually do the work.
