Coworkers, benefits are middle of the road but decent, work from home IF you are not within 50 miles of one of their buildings.
Cons
So many changes you can get whiplash. Can’t complete goals bc of changes and then get penalized. New year means out with the old and they lay off people that are important to company and are shocked that the company doesn’t do well and people are unhappy. It is all about the top leaders and what makes them money and look good; screw the employees. Force people back to the office and when people complain, they go on a town hall and say that plenty of people want to work here, it is harder to get a job here than admission to Harvard, implying that we are replaceable so we should be happy we have jobs. Pay is eh. Im sure I missed somethings. Just don’t do it, or if you come work here, save up for when you get laid off.
