      Pros

      Something for everyone, from the career chaser to the student to the secondary wage earner. Stimulating work along with ample opportunity to grow. Decent benefits, and better than average total comp program (base salary, merit and bonus programs). Great place to work, and as challenging and rewarding as an employee wants it to be.

      Cons

      The infrastructure is having difficulty keeping up with the rapidly growing business.

      The training is outstanding. There is self study,classroom,preceptor program and monthly updates. They care and listen to their employees and address their requests as soon as possible. They provide equipment needed to get the job done. They have reasonable expectations of employees. They provide full time work at home positions. They are competitive in salary and benefits. The current leadership is invested in growing the company and being the employer of choice in their field.

      Cons

      IT system cannot always meet the workload demands.
