Pros

Some great people. Free food every payday but only because you can't afford to eat with the pittance they pay you.

Cons

If you liked high school you'll love Inpro, every department is extremely clicke and the pay is roughly what you made from your junior year job at Burger King. You get a ton of UTO but like admiral akbar said "it's a trap" don't use more than 50% of it or you'll never get promoted. The owners have more worthless family members on the payroll than the bluths (arrested development reference if you haven't seen it watch it, its hilarious). Finally, If you want to see good employees passed on for promotions for incompetent people that "drink the koolaid" this is the perfect company for you.

Having our number one corporate value being "Individual Employee Care and Support - Employees First" demonstrates that we have significantly underperformed as a company for this individual. For that I feel extremely bad. The fact that he/she feels the only way to express an opinion is through an anonymous post also indicates there is a lack of trust between the two of us. For that I feel equally as bad. If our departments are too clique, we need to figure out what corrections are necessary, but I need your help identifying the problem. If pay is too low, we need to do a better job letting all our employees know the costs of the entire benefit package, which includes pay. Maybe there's a way to better balance benefits and pay. The Best Places to Work Survey shows that when pay is combined with benefits, we score very well. As for the many worthless family members on the payroll, I've never watched Arrested Development so don't know anything about the Bluth family, however, as of the August 31st payroll report, we had 620 people employed. The 4 family members on the payroll account for .6% of the total. That means 99.4% are non-family members. I may be biased, but I think the 4 are doing very well. In order to help you have a more positive work experience I would love to talk one-on-one. No recrimination, just honest and open dialogue on how we can improve Inpro for everyone to enjoy. Pros

Generous UTO, free breakfast on Fridays, company provides lunch twice a month, people are generally nice and helpful. Work at home option.

Cons

Micro managing, especially when sales are down. Pay is average at best. Commissions are hard to make because targets are high and they raise them every year.
