      Pros

      The family like culture here is unbeatable. I have worked for great companies in the past such as Hilton, Chanel , Sprint etc.. None can compare. The people here are amazing . The Leadership team truly cares about the employees

      Pros

      Involved, supportive, but not overbearing management. Project Managers are free to manage the contract their own way to produce results with minimal guidance from management. Management reporting requirements are reasonable. Great benefits and a collegial, family-like atmosphere.
