Inseego is a company that "walks the talk". We have a very dynamic and amazing team of employees and leaders who are constantly looking for ways to improve all aspects of the business. There have been many changes while I have been with Inseego and they have all been for the betterment of Inseego, the customers, the shareholders and most importantly the employees. Senior leadership genuinely cares about the employees which has been recently evident during the Global COVID pandemic. Their focus has been on the employees and their families - first and foremost, which to me speaks volumes. They have managed the business, ensuring no one was laid off due to COVID, they have even provided bonuses to those who qualified and ensured those who needed to work from home, had what we needed to get our jobs done. Additionally, they navigated all this while continuing to find ways to enhance benefits for employees, provide the best product for our customers and roll out new ideas to help us all find ways to destress in this ever-changing world. In all, my review of the company is that Inseego is an extremely collaborative company that reaches throughout all levels of the organization from the CEO down. I feel very valued, respected, and appreciated as an employee. Its refreshing to work for a company that truly cares about it’s employees and shows us daily in the way they lead and constantly communicate. Amazing Culture!

The people in this company are amazing. They have all been kind and helpful towards me from the moment I first started working here. There would be people who would come up from the first floor to the third floor just to introduce themselves and say hi to me, which was unlike any other company I’ve worked at. My department has always offered to help or guide me with anything I need assistance on and has not let that promise down. My manager has brought a strong sense of unity to our team through a difficult time (the Corona virus pandemic is currently happening). She has made clear that our physical and mental well being is a top priority and has been understanding of the challenges we’re currently facing with family and friends.
