      Work with all the latest and greatest in technology. Brilliant peers. Health benefits are great

      Cons

      Management is horrible on almost all levels. Anyone here below executive level has ZERO power in the company Lack of communication There is no work life balance They expect you to NOT take vacations and work through holidays

      There are a lot of competent people at Novatel expecially in Engineering and Operations. The company plans and has fun events.

      Cons

      Some functional areas are not held to the same standards as others. There is room for improvement when it comes to real-time communication from mangement.
