Inseego reviews

I joined Inseego in August of 2017. I was attracted to the company as they are in a very exciting space, IIoT and high value asset tracking and management. You are surrounded by extremely smart, fun and talented people that are bringing great products to market. The IoT space is growing rapidly to say the least. Working for a company who gets how these products need to work to better serve customers, is one the best attributes I find about Inseego. Products and solutions are developed with direct input from customers and employees. Everyone has a voice. The senior leadership at Inseego go to great lengths to make sure all employees are informed of what "exactly" is going on in the company; we have monthly all hands calls hosted by the CEO. Over the years working at different companies, I have found these common threads; people come to work to do a good job, they want to be part of the company, not just feel like a cog in the wheel. Here at Inseego, everyone matters.

I have worked for companies both large and small, but they all pale in comparison to Inseego. The employees are amazing; funny, brilliant who possess an all-around "we're all in it to win it together" attitude! There is zero drama and a fun environment to work in. Our leadership team is the most approachable group of individuals who truly care about each employee; in the workplace and on a personal level. Understanding that all work and no play can lead to burnout; leadership has taken great strides to allow the employees some downtime with Pizza Fridays, Summer-Hour Fridays, providing a break-room equipped with darts and foosball table! A kitchen that is stocked up with coffee/teas and all the fixings. Additionally, there is not a lack of appreciation. Leadership at Inseego goes above and beyond to reward hard work and huge accomplishments. The spirit of Inseego is a reflection of all the people who make everything possible no matter the challenge. The amount of teamwork and collaboration is never ending, and the amount of respect, accountability and downright appreciation are things that would be rivaled by any other company.
