      -My team is great - Inseego/Novatel does a pretty good job of vetting devs. -Working remotely is an option -If you have an idea for a project, leads/engineering management listen

      Cons

      -LOTS of legacy code -Uppermanagement has been struggling for years to find the right direction. Hopefully Dan Mondor (CEO as of 2017) is finally getting the company on the right track. -Middlemanagers don't seem to know what they're doing (not sure that's specific to Inseego though!)

      Pros

      As all the other reviews state, the people that work there are awesome. Benefits are above average.

      Cons

      Summer of 2017 saw another new CEO, (Sue=5 starts). Mgmt seems disconnected from the engineers and technology in general. Very little work/life balance. Company is headed away from a SaaS company into a hardware company again. No merit increases either, which in a smaller company with no forward opportunities, one is stuck where you're at when you get hired.
