      My coworkers are a happy group who like to support and help each other. It's not uncommon to hear laughter or see people mentoring each other. They do an excellent job of promoting work-life balance.

      Sometimes the workload can be intense.

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with that are constantly looking to grow, learn new things, improve and expand. There are highly skilled individuals who bring a lot of to the table and are willing to share their knowledge. The fast paced environment keeps the work life interesting. It's never boring, and there are constant creative and innovative ideas being discussed and developed with cutting edge technology. There is a good work/life balance, as well as good team dynamics.

      Cons

      With the rate of growth and innovation, there are some growth pains but I continually see individuals seeking ways to deal with this and improve.
