Pros
I have worked for companies both large and small, but they all pale in comparison to Inseego. The employees are amazing; funny, brilliant who possess an all-around "we're all in it to win it together" attitude! There is zero drama and a fun environment to work in. Our leadership team is the most approachable group of individuals who truly care about each employee; in the workplace and on a personal level. Understanding that all work and no play can lead to burnout; leadership has taken great strides to allow the employees some downtime with Pizza Fridays, Summer-Hour Fridays, providing a break-room equipped with darts and foosball table! A kitchen that is stocked up with coffee/teas and all the fixings. Additionally, there is not a lack of appreciation. Leadership at Inseego goes above and beyond to reward hard work and huge accomplishments.
The spirit of Inseego is a reflection of all the people who make everything possible no matter the challenge. The amount of teamwork and collaboration is never ending, and the amount of respect, accountability and downright appreciation are things that would be rivaled by any other company.

Honestly no. I look forward to going to work each day because of the camaraderie of the people. It's a second home and a second family to me.
