      Pros

      Free parking. Free coffee and tea. Honestly, that's about it for the pros....

      Cons

      Upper management will layoff the staff who do the actual work to save their own jobs when the company fails at selling their product. The NVTL stock is a joke. There was year where management didn't have enough stock to distribute for the stock purchase plan where all of us could have made profit on it for once. No compensation or explanation was ever given. Performance reviews are a waste of time as pay raises are calculated based on company performance, not your own. This lowers any motivation to perform. If you work hard, stay late hours with no real results, you will get a pat on the back for trying. If you work smart, leave on time and get the job done, you will look lazy because you didn't stay longer.

      Pros

      Good gym, pool, spa and sport courts (IE: Tennis, Basketball, Ping Pong etc.). Good Work environment. Close to Food court. Work with all the latest and greatest in technology. Brilliant peers.

      Cons

      Low salaries. Worried about company stability. Layoffs each year without any notice. Management is horrible on almost all levels. Anyone here below executive level has ZERO power in the company Lack of communication

      Great potential for a sweatshop

      Pros

      People in general are friendly and helpful. Benefits are good, company pays most of health/dental and starts you off with 3 weeks vacation. There is no lack of work.

      Cons

      There is no lack of work, unfortunately a significant portion is reactive, putting out fires, fixing sometimes in near-emergency mode work done fast and furious, begging to be bug prone. Sad part is that management only encourages this way to assemble products.
